About Us

I am a mom of four, a life coach, a business owner, and a woman who values the benefits of being organized. I searched for a planner that would meet the many needs  I have and found it challenging to find one that captured all the elements that go into my daily living. Mindfulness is an essential part of how I get things done. I wanted a space where I could capture my mindfulness practices in addition to my organizational needs. 

In addition to mindfulness, while researching the style of goal achievement that I resonated most with, I stumbled upon how effective moving away from the masculine style of setting SMART Goals and embraced what it would look like if I were simply more Curious. The shift from SMART Goals to Curious Intentions immediately removed the pressure and allowed for a flow of creativity that previously was stifled. From that creative space, the Curiosity Planner was developed.  

Being a woman in a very masculine world, I struggled to find a style of goal setting that felt authentic to me. Previously, I found myself simply emulating what others did, and often it didn't feel like an appropriate fit. Today I offer you an alternative to traditional planning and goal setting. You will find a lot of classic elements but also find the flexibility to make it your own. Everything within the planner is hyperlinked and very intuitive. Each section of the planner can be used in a way that feels good to you. For example, the Relationship section of the daily planner pages can be any relationship you value, and it can change from day to day. There is no right or wrong way to utilize this tool. It is entirely up to you. Have fun with it.
